The Malling School, Beech Road, East Malling, Kent ME19 6DH
Doors open at 7PM for registration. There will be a chance to meet our VIP guests while buffet and hot drinks are available until the ceremony starts at 8PM. We aim to finish around 9:30, times depending on number of applicants.
Scouts should attend in either Scout Uniform, preferably with all the challenge badges and CSAG in place, or Explorer Scout Uniform where the CSAG can be worn until it is replaced by a higher award.
As always Scout leaders are invited to attend with their young people. Members of district teams are also welcome but please contact me first so that I can make sure we don't exceed safety limits for the venue.
The closing date for registration is the 6th of June 2012. People applying after that date might still be able to attend but they will not be included in the programme or get a commerative certificate.
