If you'd have told me last year that I would be sitting on a horse to invest 9 Scouts into the Troop you'd have heard me say "no way, hosay !!!", and yet on Friday evening down in Conyer that's exactly what I did. I have to say it wasn't my idea...

Planting a Royal Oak - 18-02-2012


This morning a scout, a cub and a beaver from our troop planted a Royal Oak sapling in Milton Creek Country Park, Sittingbourne. We all enjoyed the experience of tree planting.

The Oak sapling originated from one of the Royal estates and was planted to mark the Jubilee well done all of you.
